Juneathon Day 17-Weak, but done

Not a lot to report:

Did a body weight workout, not very tough, but strength-building at least.

I've decided that body weight workouts are much more effective and rewarding than going to the gym. So I'm going to stop the gym trips and work on a good body weight routine.

I think I'll see strength results much faster and they'll be more dramatic.

Remember: Strong is the new thin! Or black! Or whatever.
